This policy explains what data is processed when you use siene.cruises, and by whom. The short version: this is a static website with no accounts, no forms, and no first-party tracking, so there is very little to explain.
What we do not collect
siene.cruises is a static site. There is no registration, no login, no comment section, and no contact form. We do not ask for your name, email address, or payment details anywhere on the site, and we do not set first-party tracking cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not sell or share visitor data — we do not have any to sell.
Third-party widgets
Some pages embed GetYourGuide booking and availability widgets so you can check dates and prices without leaving the page. These widgets are loaded from GetYourGuide’s servers and may set their own cookies and process data — such as your IP address, browser information, and interactions with the widget — under GetYourGuide’s own privacy policy, available on the GetYourGuide website. If you book a cruise, the entire transaction, including your personal and payment data, is handled by GetYourGuide or the operator, never by us.
If you prefer that no third-party requests are made, blocking third-party cookies or scripts in your browser will disable the widgets; the editorial content of every page remains fully readable without them.
Email contact
If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you write. We process this data only to answer your message. We do not add you to mailing lists — we do not run any — and we do not pass your address to third parties. Routine correspondence is deleted once the matter is closed.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent) for security and operational purposes, as almost every host does. These logs are kept for a limited period under the provider’s own retention rules and are not used by us to identify visitors.
Your rights under GDPR
If you are in the EU or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or erase personal data concerning you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Given how little we hold, in practice this applies mainly to email correspondence. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected] and we will respond within the statutory time limit.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be visible on this page.
